While the Moscow Mule made vodka famous, the Kentucky Mule gave Bourbon a stage to play its caramel notes against spicy ginger beer.
Ingredients
5cl Bourbon, 2cl lime juice, ginger beer, mint
Preparation
Add whisky and lime to a mug with ice, top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint.
