I am particularly fond of Irish whiskeys with their incomparable smoothness, but when it comes to character, I prefer it smoky and peaty – those earthy notes are pure pleasure for me. But I also love mixing. Often a "taboo" among connoisseurs, I am convinced that whisky is an extremely versatile partner for cocktails. That is why I founded "The Oak Mix".

My goal is to create the largest database for whisky drinks. And it's not just about recipes: there are countless useful tools and bar equipment that make mixing an experience. Over time, I will describe these in detail here and show you which equipment you really need.
