History
The grandfather of all cocktails. Created in the 19th century when people asked for whisky the "old fashioned" way with sugar and bitters.
Ingredients
6cl Bourbon, 1 tsp sugar, 2 dashes Angostura, orange zest
Preparation
Stir sugar and bitters in glass, add ice and whisky, stir.
